August 22, 2011, 5 volunteers from Logos Hope paid a visit to Bright Sparks and spent some time with the children. We invited the children from La Salle Learning Centre, St. Joseph's Home, Children Proctection Centre to join us, all together about 42 children came. They started with introducing themselves and the ship. When Logos Hope photo was unveil one could here the ooo and aaaa from the children, and clearly you can see how excited they are. Then they ask the children to guess where are they from buy showing them their country flags. It was interesting as many of the children will mention of our state, like Pahang, Selangor. Suprisingly they know German flag...:) mmmm football does bring an impact. They had games and story telling about the important of choosing the right friends. And then children were allowed to ask them any question that they have in mind. Well... the question was "do you have a place to sleep? was it airconditioned? do you have swimming pool? do you eat?" interesting what came out from their mouth. :) The children curiosity was amazing. :) Right after the children were serve with hot milo, cheese bun and apollo biscuits (courtesy of St.Joe's home) The children were still excited and continue on chatting with the volunteers. By 5pm they said their Goodbye. Thank you Logos Hope for spending time with us. Amen.
